Aluminum plate refers to the aluminum material with a thickness of more than 0.2mm to less than 500mm, a width of more than 200mm, and a length of less than 16m. With the progress of large equipment, there are more aluminum plates that can be as wide as 600mm).

Aluminum plate refers to a rectangular plate processed by rolling aluminum ingots, which is divided into pure aluminum plate, alloy aluminum plate, thin aluminum plate, medium-thick aluminum plate, and patterned aluminum plate.

Aluminum plates are usually divided into the following two types:

1. According to the alloy composition, it is divided into:

High-purity aluminum plate (rolled from high-purity aluminum with a content of more than 99.9%)

Pure aluminum plate (the composition is basically rolled from pure aluminum)

Alloy aluminum plate (composed of aluminum and auxiliary alloys, usually aluminum-copper, aluminum-manganese, aluminum-silicon, aluminum-magnesium, etc.)

Composite aluminum plate or brazing plate (special-purpose aluminum plate material obtained by compounding multiple materials)

Aluminum-clad aluminum plate (aluminum plate is clad with thin aluminum plate for special purpose)

2. Divided by thickness: (unit: mm)

Thin plate (aluminum sheet) 0.15-2.0

Regular plate (aluminum sheet) 2.0-6.0

Medium plate (aluminum plate) 6.0-25.0

Thick plate (aluminum plate) 25-200

More than 200 ultra-thick plates

Brushed aluminum plate: the manufacturing process of repeatedly scraping the aluminum plate out of lines with sandpaper. The main process of the process is divided into three parts: deesterification, sand mill, and water washing. In the wire drawing process of the aluminum plate, the special film technology after anodizing can make the surface of the aluminum plate generate a film layer containing the metal component, clearly showing every fine wire mark, so that the fine hair appears in the metal matte silky luster.

Alumina plate: An aluminum plate formed by placing an aluminum plate in a corresponding electrolyte (such as sulfuric acid, chromic acid, oxalic acid, etc.) as an anode, and electrolyzing it under specific conditions and an applied current. The anodized aluminum plate is oxidized, and a thin layer of aluminum oxide is formed on the surface, the thickness of which is 5-20 microns, and the hard anodized film can reach 60-200 microns.

PS aluminum plate (advertising aluminum plate is also known as printed zinc plate, newspaper plate): that is, an aluminum plate with a printed pattern thickness of 025 or 03 material on the back.

Mirror aluminum plate: refers to the aluminum plate that is processed by various methods such as rolling and grinding to make the surface of the plate show a mirror effect.

Embossed aluminum plate can also be called aluminum embossed plate: it is an aluminum product that forms various patterns on the surface after calendering on the basis of aluminum plate. It is widely used, mainly in packaging, construction, curtain wall, etc.

Care and Maintenance

The specific cleaning steps of the aluminum plate are as follows:

1. Rinse the surface of the board with plenty of water first;

2. Use a soft cloth soaked in water-diluted detergent to gently wipe the panel surface;

3. Rinse the surface of the board with plenty of water to wash away the dirt;

4. Check the surface of the board, and use detergent to clean the places that have not been cleaned;

5. Rinse the surface of the board with clean water until all the detergent is washed away.

Note: Do not clean the hot board surface (when the temperature exceeds 40 °C), because the fast evaporation of water will be harmful to the paint on the board surface!

Special attention should be paid to the selection of suitable detergents. A basic principle is: must use neutral detergents!

Please do not use strong alkaline, strong acid, abrasive and paint soluble detergents.
